The beautiful nature of the resort together with the modern base of hotel IGLIKA 1 are an excellent possibility for your rest. It is build on a sight incline (most of the Black Sea Coast is flat) and only 50 maway from the beach, which ensures that most of the resort has panoramic sea views. Six floor building contains five sections. Every separade section contains LOBBY, RECEPTION, ELIVATOR. We have apartments from 40 to 190 sq.m. and paint-house from 190 to 315 sq.m. The common area will be stone cover . There will be also parking lot and garages on the ground floor with 24 hours security.
