MAJESTIC

„Majestic“ is a new vacation complex that offers its residents facilities with the quality of a 4-star hotel.
This 45 000 sq.m. complex is situated in the northern part of the Sunny Beach Resort. It is built on the first line and thus has its own private beach. Total built area of the facilities is 56 000 sq.m.
Construction began in 2004, and the hotel part of this complex will be ready to meet its first guests in July 2005. The left and the right wings, or the so-called Blocks E and D will be completed in October and December 2005 respectively. These two blocks' apartments are for sale.
With the compex' unique blend of a great beach, green parks and the amazing fresh air of Sunny Beach, it is no surprise that these apartments are being sold so quickly!

If you desire so, once you have purchased an apartment, you can arrange to have it leased as a hotel room for the periods when you will not be using it as your home. For your convenience, such arrangements can be made with the management company running the hotel part of the complex – this way you will not have to spend time leasing it, and still make the most of your property while not living in it.

Both blocks offer studios, 2- and 3-room apartments. Each one can have a view either of the sea in front or of the green park behind. Areas range from about 40 sq.m. For the studios up to 80 sq.m. for a 3-room apartment. Prices vary from about 60 000 euros up to 124 000 euros.

There is an annual fee of 7 euro per square meter for maintenance of the communal areas of the entire complex.
