Varna's trade mark is the Sea Garden - a large green park stretched along the beach that has easy access from most parts of the city. With its quiet alleys, perfect for jogging or long walks, and many clubs and bars on the barch, the Sea Garden is a favorite place for residents and guests of Varna of all ages. The new residnetial Sea Garden Complex is being built in the northern part of the park, among many other new hotels that have already gained popularity among tourists for their relaxed surroundings and proximity to the city. Sea Garden Complex will be a sports- and recreational center. Apart from the private apatments, it will have special sections great for spa centers, beauty salons, and will also provide its residents with two football fields, a tennis and basketball courts. The building is situated in a forrest, just few meters from the beach. Sea Grden Complex will be completed in May/June 2006.
